Daily amount: 280g–320g per day
Meals: 4 per day

Small, regular meals support digestion and toilet training.
3–4 Months Old
Daily amount: 340g–420g per day
Meals: 3 per day
Example routine:
7:00am – 135g
1:00pm – 135g
6:30pm – 135g
Monitor body condition during this rapid growth stage.
5–6 Months Old
Daily amount: 420g–500g per day
Meals: 3 per day
Gradually increase portions as weight increases.
7–12 Months Old
Daily amount: 480g–580g per day
Meals: 2 per day
Example routine:
7:00am – Half daily amount
6:00pm – Half daily amount
12–18 Months
Golden Retrievers mature slowly.

Important Body Condition Guide
